Today, I had a Hamlet moment.
Buddy, our Maltese dog, and I went for a long run/jog in the sun this afternoon. It was simply lovely — warm and peaceful. The fact that I was cruising along in my new wheelchair wasn’t really the point, but it does make the sidecar analogy from the advert feel rather fitting.
I have no big fancy words — just a nice day: US Open tennis, lunch and shopping with my wife, an awesome chess game with a friend (ended in a draw), and the walk.
Sometimes, it’s not the big elephant that drives our mood, but the little things.
