My dictation software keeps track of the word I use most often.
Apparently, my most-used word is “please.”
I was absurdly pleased to discover that.
I had honestly expected “sorry” to come first. It didn’t.
I don’t have the full top ten, but I would be deeply reassured if “sorry” turned out to be lurking somewhere near the top.
