החוברת כוללת מחשבות על המסע מראש השנה ליום הכיפורים, על הברכות שלעתים אפשר למצוא אפילו בתוך מציאות קשה מאוד, על הרב זקס זצ״ל, וכן אינפוגרפיקה על ״ונתנה תוקף״.
